Lords of War is a card game for exactly two generals. Each of them has his own army comprised of warrior cards. Your goal is to exterminate whole enemy army or defeat its leader, which makes the whole army crumble into pieces. Game has simple rules and cards contain no text besides warrior names. Cards are played on a board, which shows battlefield. Each warrior can attack in several directions. That is shown by arrows on the card – direction and power of the attack. If attack total is higher than enemy defens, then its defeated and leaves the game. Player, who defeats 20 enemy warriors or four generals, wins the game.
Now, armies of orcs, dwarves, elves, lizards, undead and templars can be bought. New campaing on Kickstarter might bring new orc and dwarf warriors and its subtitled Magic and Monsters.
